UPDATE: Using the DNC computer time to slow or reverse the current health care plan

Apparently this link works and the DNC is not content checking the submissions.

http://my.democrats.org/page/speakout/posthouseLTE is a website link posting on the DNC website to show your support for health care. If you click on it, you will be sent to a post that helps you write a letter to the editor of a large number of newspapers near your zip code. It includes national publications and the Denver Post, but sadly, only the Scottsbluff paper makes it here.

It has been suggested that everyone who opposes this bill, should click this link and write your letter of opposition and your reasons. The DNC then spams this email to the selected news outlets on your behalf.

One can only speculate that perhaps they have at least checked your post to ensure that the message is one they want to send, however, even if you get rejected, you are at least costing the Democrats money to maintain the processes necessary to "Validate" your message.

Despite nearly 50 attempts to call Senator Nelson prior to his Saturday night capitulation, I received a busy signal or the Senate operator message asking me for the Senator's extension, which isn't published.

Here are the contacts for local and national publications that I have been maintaining. Please send your thoughts on either your support or opposition and do your best to get your word out.

Mike Rowland
